• Audio Data: When you tap the record button, the App records audio from your microphone for the purpose of transcription and idea capture.
• Text Content: Audio may be converted into text using speech recognition. The resulting text may be processed by an AI service to improve formatting, summarization, or organization.

Audio and text data are used solely for:

• Voice-to-text transcription

• We do not store or retain your text content on our servers.

• If content is saved within the App, it is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export it.

4. Third-Party Services

To provide AI functionality, the App may transmit audio or text data to a third-party AI processing provider. These providers process the data solely to fulfill your request. We do not authorize them to store, use, or train models on your data beyond providing the requested service.

5. Permissions

The App may request access to:

• Microphone: For recording voice notes.
• Speech Recognition: For transcription.
• Photos (Optional): To attach images to entries.
• Notifications (Optional): For reminders.
• Reminders and Calendar (Optional): If you choose to sync.

These permissions are used solely for their stated in-app purposes.
